Drape the tie
Collar up, tie around your neck with the wide end on your dominant side, hanging about a foot lower than the narrow end.
Cross the wide end over
Bring the wide end across the front of the narrow end, then back underneath and up through the neck loop.
Wrap and thread
Take the wide end across the front again and up through the loop a second time, then slide it down through the knot you have formed.
Tighten and center
Pull the wide end down to tighten, slide the knot up to your collar, and center the dimple under your chin.
